Meeting Room
Our meeting facilities can be set up in a variety of styles to meet your
conference needs. We have dry erase boards, chart boards and easels available at
no extra charge. We also have a TV/VCR and overhead projector available for a
nominal set-up fee. We offer complimentary ice water and coffee or for an
additional fee, you may choose bagels and juice or our famous breakfast bar.
(Please allow at least 24 hours notice.)
Fax Service & Free Local Phone Calls
We will send your domestic faxes for $1.00 per page and there is no charge to
receive faxes. There is also no charge for calls made within the local calling
area, which includes, Lehi, American Fork, Lindon, Pleasant Grove, Orem, Provo,
Spanish Fork, Springville, and Payson.
Wake up calls & messages
Our switchboard is open 24 hours and our staff will gladly take messages for you
when there is no answer in your room. We would also be happy to arrange a
wake-up call for you.
Modem Jacks & TDD Service available
Select rooms are equipped with jacks for use with computer fax/modems. Please
request such a room at check-in. We also have telecommunication devices for the
hearing impaired at no extra charge.
Pets allowed if registered
Domesticated pets may be allowed in rooms if such pets are registered at the
time of check-in. There is a $10 fee per night for all pets. A refundable cash
deposit may also be required.
